How are the followers and lovers of agriculture. Today I am pleased to share with you all, the first harvest of the year for our sweet potato plants, as I mentioned, we are close to the next planting season and we need to harvest the plants to start preparing the soil for the next season

It is raining around here, and that makes the fruits of our plants prosper, luckily this is happening, otherwise the plants would have already dried, the cold is doing what yours, let's hope they last a few more days

The gray squash is prospering very well, although the growth of the fruit was not as much as we expected, it is doing well, its rear bed began to dry, it is indicating that inside it is maturing , once the cabito is dry, or brown, we can harvest the fruit.

Plants indicate when we can start harvesting, the cracking of the earth, the appearance of the flowers, or paying attention to their leaves, another way is to keep track of the days, in fifteen weeks we can start harvesting.

Today we are going to harvest two plants, one white and the other red, with the help of a shovel we are going to weed around them so as not to hurt the tubers. This is a well developed plant that gave us a lot of vegetables.

The same happens with the other variety, its base indicates that there are fruits there, in the same way we are going to weed away to avoid touching the fruits. As you can see it has developed very well, but if we waited a few more days, it would have continued to grow
