brother, when I was a kid, I wasn’t allowed to go home until the sun went down. If the sun was out and I wasn’t in school, I was supposed to be outside playing and acting like a kid.
My mother, ALL the mothers actually, had the phone number to all the local payphones. Anytime they wanted to get Ahold of us, they knew exactly where we were.
I don’t ever remember my parents being worried about where we were at. Maybe they were just happy to have all 4 boys out of the house. Lol.
Good ol’ pay phones!! Lol Do those things even work anymore?? 😂😂
They did come in handy when you had a ‘beeper’ or pager. People would leave their number then you had to find a phone and call them back. I remember when a pay phone went from a quarter to 35 cents. WHOA WHOA WHOA now I have to put 2 coins in this thing.
Sound good my friend ! You made an amazing content my dear friend. We sould connect and support each other by follow each other. I already upvoted you and following you, please think about that. Thanks and greeting from @chanthasam
