Vientiane, the Big city today. The air is barely breathable with all those polluted tuk-tuk and cars. But still, the city has its charm.
One highlight of the city is this temple called Pha That Luang. A golden temple extremely shiny in the middle of the city
One monument looks very much like the Arc de Triomphe in France.
Well Laos was coloniased by the french and there is a big french influence in the city.
Bakeries, streets named in French, french restaurants etc
This giant buddha is the biggest I ever saw.
Probably 20 meters long
