Thanks! Yeah, taking care of that arm as you pass is key. Granted we know in live rolling they aren't going to just set there with your shin pin. But it should at least give a chance at quickly setting up the sub. If not, you are passed and can continue to work.

Yeah, the crazy thing is, even us smaller guys are beginning to use the head and forehead pressure effectively. We have been working through this DVD every Wednesday night and it's very pressure based to kill the underhook with the wizzer, overhook, and head control.
It's definitely not the most comfortable training of the week, but we are good training partners to each other. We are doing about 50% heavy and 50% with some consideration so we aren't grinding too much during the 2 hour.
We are all beginning to see the payoff though, I've caught a few of these and the armbar setup from a prior vid in live rolling.
Great place to train and great people to train with. Very informative and technique driven. Drilling moves for hours like you all do is the key....and it makes me better!
