Crazy facts

Regarding question number 2, heat doesn't rise. Heat isn't even a substance in itself. Hot air does tend to rise, not strictly because it is hot, but because it is less dense. And ice will always tend to form at the top of water for precisely the same reason that hot air tends to rise: ice is less dense then liquid water.
