无油长崎蛋糕jingyun (57)in #food • 8 years ago 材料:鸡蛋六个,蛋黄蛋白分开,糖105克,牛奶30克,低筋面粉150克,枫糖30克 做法:烤箱预热320华氏度,蛋白六个用电动打蛋器打至发白变大 分三次加入糖,打至湿性发泡 加入一个蛋黄 打匀,再加一个蛋黄,打匀,一次只能加亦个蛋黄,一个一个搅拌均匀,全部加入后呈图示状态 加入枫糖,搅拌均匀 加入过筛的低筋面粉,上下翻拌均匀 最后加入牛奶,拌匀。 从一定高度将面糊倒入垫了烘培纸的模具中。烤箱320华氏度35分钟。 晾凉,就可以吃啦。 #cn-food #foodphotography #recipe #life
