Maui Day 4 - Morimoto

This was the part of the trip I was looking forward to. I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEE eating. We booked this reservation a few months in advance, although I'm not sure that it was really required. The reservation was at night when the sun had already set so we didn't really get to take in the beauty of this restaurant and hotel (Andaz Maui). So if you're going to be dining here, my suggestion would be to try and book a reservation for 5:00 p.m.

The goal was to try a bit of everything so we ended up ordering a few appetizers and an entree to share.

after all that we were pretty stuffed but we had to get dessert.

Doughnuts with 3 kinds of dipping sauces (waialua chocolate, sake caramel, ‘apple banana’ cheesecake)

We ate a ton of food from restaurants and food trucks but this was definitely my favorite meal. If you are ever in Maui I think it is definitely worth checking out.
