Breakfast

Today is a holiday on Friday. I consequently woke up a little later than usual. I woke up fresh and made a light breakfast for the morning. For breakfast, I fried bread with eggs and made a sandwich. This is a healthy food. Kids don't want to eat eggs in the morning so sometimes I make this breakfast. I like to have egg-fried bread for breakfast.

Fruit Time

I regularly eat fruit between 11-12 am after breakfast. I eat whatever fruits are available in my house. Today I ate mango, dragon fruit, and litchi. I am called the king of fruits. Now is the litchi and mango season. The result is rich in nutrients. Eat more fresh fruits if we want to keep our bodies and minds in good condition. The nutritional value of fruits helps to keep us healthy.

Lunch

Today is a holiday on Friday, so I try to cook according to everyone's taste. The lunch menu today was rice and chicken. Chicken broth with hot rice is awesome. Our bodies require non-vegetarian meals to remain healthy. Chicken meat will satisfy our body's non-vegetarian needs. Today's lunch was excellent.

Tea time

There is nothing better than a cup of ginger tea to refresh the body and mind on a fall afternoon. Naturally, we look for cold drinks to stay cool in the heat. Ginger tea is equally effective in keeping the body fresh in summer. It is hot but offers many benefits. So it is very effective not only in winter but also in summer. The habit of drinking ginger tea regularly keeps the body healthy in many ways.

Dinner

Dinner was vegetables with rice. Chichinga fried with egg is very tasty with hot rice. I like to eat this vegetable with hot rice. This vegetable contains many vitamins. Helps keep our body healthy.

Conclusion

Everyone aspires to health and wellbeing. We need nutritious food to stay healthy. The key to everything is good health. So it is essential to eat nutritious food to keep the body healthy. When the body is healthy, the mind is always healthy. Because body and mind complement each other.

Un gran saludo amiga. Es bueno visitar tu post porque conocemos cosas nuevas el pan frito con huevo es delicioso, a ese tipo de pan aquí en Venezuela se le llama pan de Sándwich y es tan rico podemos acompañarlo con muchos rellenos. En cuanto a la fruta conozco el mango, pero los otros dos que mencionas no los he probado. No sé sin son ricos, y la verdad se ven tan deliciosos los cortaste de manera hermosa que se ve un platillo con bonita presentación. El té se toma en muchos lugares y como dices ayuda a mantenernos saludables. El arroz se ve espectacular aunque no se que es chinchinga frita se ve tu cena muy deliciosa, deseo para ti éxitos y muchas bendiciones. Un fuerte abrazo y saludo desde Venezuela..🇻🇪
