Hello dear friends,

Warm greetings and congratulations to the admins, moderators, and users of all countries in Ukraine on Steem community. Hope you all are very well. I am also well. Today I am coming to participate in the culinary contest organized by @mariam.dariam mam in Ukraine on Steem community. I will share the cooking fish with tomato recipe in today's contest.

Ingredients:

  • Fish

  • Tomato

  • Coriander leaves

  • Chop onion

  • Turmeric powder

  • Chilli powder

  • Cumin powder

  • Coriander powder

  • Ginger batter

  • Garlic paste

  • Chilli

  • Oil

  • Salt

COOKING METHOD

Step 1:

I have prepared all the necessary tools for cooking.

TOMATO

2nd Step:

I spread turmeric, chili, and salt to fry the cleaned fish.

MARINATE FISH

3rd Step:

I put the pan on the stove and heated the oil to fry the fish. Leave the fish in the oil. Fry both sides of the fish. After frying all the fish, I kept it in a bowl.

4th Step:

I cooked the fish in a pan over the heat. Heat the oil and fry the chopped onions until brown. When the onion is fried, add ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder.

5th Step:

Add a little water and mix the spices. Then add salt in quantity and grind it well.

6th step:

When the spices are grated, I add the chopped tomatoes to the spices. Grate tomatoes with spices and cover the pot with a cup of water.

7th Step:

After five minutes of cooking, remove the lid and stir the tomatoes to melt.

8th Step:

Then put the fried fish in the tomato. Mix the fish and spices by stirring with a spoon. After mixing the fish and spices, add enough water to the broth.

9th Step:

After five minutes of cooking, when the broth became thick, I spread chopped coriander leaves and green chillies. I love the smell of coriander leaves. The aroma of cilantro enhances the flavor of fish recipes.

10th step:

Then reduce the heat of the stove and cook for another five minutes. I turn off the stove's heat when I'm done cooking.

Last step:

Served fish tomato recipe in a bowl.

Conclusion:

We are Bengalis. Rice and fish are also the top options for Bengalis. That is why Bengalis are called fish and rice Bengalis. Fish fulfills the non-vegetarian needs of our body. Keeps the body healthy and plays a role in increasing immunity.
