Hanging out with the prettiest pup!
Today makes 5 years that my parents have had their dog, Ruthie. And she is just as rambunctious as the first day she was brought home.
However, she does take some time to nap off the exhausting day of sleeping and barking as kids run by in the neighborhood.
She used to be extremely attached to toy balls, as she would sleep with them in her mouth. She has now transitioned to sleeping with her rabbit, so sweetly nicknamed "baby". So if we say "go get your baby" she will search for it, bring it with her to the couch and snuggle with it. The picture above captures that moment.
Dogs truly are the sweetest.
