Old Wood

Decided to take Avery on a walk down by the New River. It's been pretty shitty around here but today we got to see the sun. It was about 45 degrees outside but there is still some snow on the ground. The trees are beautiful even though they don't have any of their leaves.

Bird Watching

As we were walking we stopped by a local bird watching platform. Its a pretty old looking structure with everyone's initials carved into the wood. I have to say me and Avery tried our best to find some birds but didn’t see any. Maybe they migrated somewhere else, not sure if that is a thing.

Train

There was also a train going by and it was freaking out Avery. She is really skittish when it comes to noises. Probably not just noises haha she is afraid of a lot of things. We got her from the SPCA and I believe her previous owners might have been abusive. She really hates guy she does't know but when it comes to girls she has no problem. Anyways I have a video of her perking up when the train was coming but only got the last of it.

She is exhausted now and taking a nap...
