Hidden Optimism
We all want to see STEEM at the top to get more rewards and more money to spend, that's a basic and individual thought that many focus only on their own welfare, I understand that the fall of STEEM is indirectly related to the BTC but the truth is that regarding BTC steem has fallen to more than 75% in the last quarter. I think that the prosperity of STEEM is largely linked to the prosperity of BTC but I think that a good part of it depends on what we do here on the platform users who are part of it, if we fill our platform with spam then it is going to lose credibility and nobody will want to invest, if we think only of ourselves and do not look at the activities of others then it will not be attractive for investors either because it does not make sense to put money in a market where I will only be in the middle of thousands. This is a somewhat unusual introduction to my articles but I think it's time to give some thought to all those who can read to me. For some time now I have been looking for users with a reputation of 25 to give them a vote of encouragement, surprisingly finding that many of these users have been on the platform for months doing their publications without any reward but nevertheless remain optimistic and hopeful, that is the reason for the title and the central theme of this article.

Many new users find that STEEM is more difficult than they imagined when after several articles made with effort and care are lost without rewards, the main reason for this in my opinion is the lack of guidance that leaves these users in a loop of articles without rewards, another reason is that many of those who have already climbed a comfortable position do not look down to reach out to others who also want to climb up. Faced with this scenario many are those who decide to leave and few who continue to seek that momentum that puts them on the right path to success, I have found with admiration that many users have been on the platform for months and still do not get rewards but are still there, obviously I have tried to reward as many as I have found but I'm sure it is a large amount and one person is not enough, I have also noticed that @blocktrades has been activated to support many of these users thing I admire from someone who has so much prestige on the platform.
The reputation of 25 or less makes many lose interest in the content and is like a kind of bad fortune for those who carry it, so it is necessary to raise the reputation as soon as possible and the almost certain way to do it is by writing an article in which you present yourself to the community and use the tag #introduceyourself (it's something you'll do only once, don't abuse this tag), you can also consult help programs like @minnowsupport, you'll find that moving forward is not as difficult as you imagined, especially when you start writing quality articles and making good use of the tags.

Importance of users
Each user that is part of this platform plays a very important role in it. First of all there are those who invest and thanks to that investment have privileges as an influence through the SP, it is reasonable and logical that they obtain profits so that STEEM remains attractive, those who make considerable investments are taken into account almost instantly, although many only to ask them to delegate their SP instead of assisting them with guidance on the platform.
On the other hand there are those simple users who entered through the small door queuing for their accounts to be accepted and who can breathe in this ecosystem thanks to the SP that steem delegates to them. These users confroman the largest percentage of our community and are mostly underestimated or ignored perhaps because they have nothing to give apart from their intellectual capacity (although ironically steem is designed to reward the intellectual capacity of its users). We might think that these users are not important but let's consider a didactic example.
A social network A has 100 users who have invested money and reward each other.
A social network B has a million users who have not invested but are active reading content and sharing.
A multi-million dollar company X wants to promote itself by making itself known through a social network. Which of the two do you think will be more attractive for X to make its investment?
The masses are the ones who dominate the markets and the investors look for that, our greatest number of users is made up of those who have not invested, if we ignore them they see the very difficult path and leave the platform, in the end we remain the same and we do not get investors because there are other more attractive social networks and the truth is that we have not worried about giving STEEM the qualities of a social network.
I want to clarify that my words do not include all users and as I mentioned there are those who make a difference by doing their bit to make this platform better and is that they have understood that if the platform improves our profits improve, then when you give support to a user who does not have how to return that support understands that you are supporting yourself by making this a better platform.
What I want to encourage in you is that from time to time you turn to look at an article of someone with a low reputation (25) and if you consider that his article deserves your support do not deny it, even if you consider that he is doing things wrong make the correction so that person feels that he is being observed, taken into account and worried about doing things better and better. In this way we prevent them from becoming a spammer and contribute to the existence of another quality user on the platform.

All users of Steemit , new and old should read this post and hear this very clear and concise explanation on how we all as users and invrstors can change our behaviour and in so doing finally find the "eldorado" of oppurtunity and free for social and political expression that this amazing coin Steem and blockchain offers to us all ! upvoted and resteemed ! Thank you friend for your very accurate and sadly real comment. Very few have been able to understand that this is also a social network and have dedicated themselves only to their own interests.
it seems like people are real stingy with comments and up votes after HF20 I don't know how a new person could get a foothold these days.
