The longing in my Heart

However, I come up short on the ideal words
To portray everything so distinctively
What word could express the tears flooding from my eyes
What descriptive word could demonstrate how gradually my heart is kicking the bucket
What proviso could be brief enough and still recount to my story
What tune could be played for the requiem
That is an earworm in my mind
I hear the drums moving down
Causing a free for all in my musings
I see my little stars wearing out
Before my swollen drowsy eyes
I see the heavy rains
Assembling in the skyline
Coming to cause ruin
In my officially bothered world.
I see you in this.
