Killer Whale : Ink Art

Good evening to everyone! I drew something for you guys.. It rarely draw, but I guess I'll try posting every single day. Please help me by upvoting my post, I would really appreciate it.

Here's my artwork.. drawn with a Faber-Castell marker, Dong-A 0.2 fine tech.. and 0.1 & 0.7 Unipin fine line.

_{To start of, I drew random ink and paint splatters and curved lines as the waves.}

_{Next, of course, the main part for real, the killer whale. Instead of using a pencil, I used the 0.2 Dong A fine tech.}

_{I then traced everything with the 0.7 Unipin. I didn't follow the lines at all though, as you can see.}

_{After that, to make the drawing a bit cooler, I added lines - though they're not perfectly straight.. I tried.}

_{I covered the whale with lines, and also I left some spaces because it would serve as the highlights.}

_{And more lines on top of the first lines, this creates a darker effect.. more like a shadow.}

_{Next up, the waves. I drew this with the same technique of drawing a hair - I know that artists will understand.. by drawing lines starting at the end to the middle.}

_{I did the same thing to the other waves and added more lines..}

_{I added thinner lines using the 0.1 Unipin fine line..}

_{I think that the drawing is a little boring, so I added a background.. again with the paint spatter effcet.}

_{The outline is a bit dull too.. so I wanted to fill it with black ink. Instead of using the 0.7, I used a marker instead.}

_{Ta-daaa! Here's the final output.. I hope you like it!}

This is actually a quick draw for me, I didn't make it too perfect, if I tried to.. maybe I won't be able to finish it because of my laziness. lol. But the good news is.. I finished it!
