Gifts are very exciting in every event because it completes a celebration especially when it is wrapped. A gift is something that was given by someone who wished you best wishes. Today, let me share the part where we open gifts from our visitors during our wedding.

After the program in the reception, others are going home already while we started to open our gifts.

We opened first the gift from my closest friend @sweetmaui08. She has a very unique gift which I thought was an ordinary gift. But when she explained me the meaning of this, I was amazed. She gave us a pair of coin can with a printed text "Home" and "Love". She put 500 pesos in Love and 100pesos in Home. She told me that there should be a greater amount of love to show so we can build a home. Then I told my husband about it and he was amazed and commit to pour out more love so we can easily make a home.

We are very blessed to received these gifts from our visitors. It means a special appreciation from them while they are choosing the gift that would help us to start a new beginning.

Among of the gifts that we received which are very useful in our daily living;

• bed sheets - very comfy during night time,we slept in a clean and soft bed cover
• bath towel - very thick cloth for my body after bath
• picture frames - can be used to restore our memories and can be displayed in our future home
• plates and water glasses- one of the most important thing we need to have because we will be using these 3 times a day or more

There are also visitors who preferred to give amount of money through our couple dance. Indeed, it really help a lot especially we still have to pay half of the venue package.

We are very thankful for everyone who came with or without gifts. Their presence is more than a gift to us for witnessing our wedding day. We are also blessed because we already received this sacrament that opens the next chapter of our life as a husband and wife under the leadership of our Lord Jesus Christ.
