Hello my fellow steemians, how are you all today. I believe that all of you are fine. Welcome again to my blog and today I will be sharing with you on the "Essentials or Importances of morning exercise".
You will love it.

Morning exercise is one of the method to keep the body healthy and strong and one of the best activity to be carried out since it has so many benefit. It's very essential to our body system. Many people don't like or involve themselves in morning exercise. Early morning is the best time for exercising because that period you are free and not attached to any daily to-do list.

Early morning exercise helps one to start his or her day with more energy, strength, focus and optimism. Though, am not saying that evening exercise is not good for those that love evening exercise. But there are more reasons and benefits when you do your exercise in the early hours of the day.

Most people think that morning exercise is only for the athletes or those that are looking for shape, no not all. Morning exercise is very good for both old and young to keep the body system sound and healthy. Some of the benefits of morning exercise include:-

  • It helps to burn more fat:- Exercise helps to burn excessive fat in the body. Sometime we consume food that contains more calories and exercise is needed to burn those calories all day long. In burning fats in the body, it helps in minimizing the risk of getting diabetes.

  • It helps to reduce stress and depression:- It is said that activeness reduces stress and depression. If you start your day with active exercise, it produces the endorphins that is the happy hormones that prevent depression and stress in your daily activities.

  • It helps your metabolism work faster:- Metabolism is the process by which the body converts what we eat or drink to energy. Exercising helps your body metabolism to work fast, in the sense that when you eat meals or your breakfast, your body then uses it as a source of energy and also use it to replenish your body system.

  • It helps to build body muscles efficiently:- Getting yourself involved in morning exercise helps you to develop, build and gain body muscles more effectively and efficiently. If you desire to have body muscles, you need to start morning exercise because your body needs what they call testosterone to do that effectively.

  • It helps to have a better sleep at night:- involving yourself in morning exercise makes your body to have this kind of fatigue at the end of the day's activities which now leads deeper and better sleep. It does not only affect the quality of sleep but also helps in your long night rest.

  • It helps you to feel more confident and accomplished:- Exercise boost self-confidence and self-esteem because it goes a long way to enhance our productivity and social lives.

  • It helps in reducing high blood pressure:- Sometimes people do mostly get heart attack in the morning. According to researchers, vascular health and risk Management are set to investigate exercise timing on blood pressure. When exercise is being carried out, it helps to prevent against high blood pressure.

Finally, exercise is very good for our body system and remember when doing morning exercises, know when your body needs a break. So that you can maintain a healthy lifestyle.
