Hello #steemians and #dtubers,

So I woke up early this morning and got ready for my interview in Los Angeles. I fed my cat monster, went and put gas inside of my truck, and got myself something to drink for the trip. Now I don't take freeways because Los Angeles freeways are absolutely horrible. there are a lot of people on the freeways with road rage and there's just too many people on the freeways Anyway. it doesn't matter what time of day you decide to get on a freeway in Los Angeles, the traffic is always horrible in some sections of the freeway. So if you get our freeways in LA, prepare to always run into a traffic jam somewhere on your trip.

I decided to take the scenic route which is a must pretty drive and stay on the streets. It was actually a very lovely trip because it wasn't a very hot day and along the roads, I decided to drive on where are a lot of big beautiful trees. It was a very pleasant Drive indeed. That is until I got into Los Angeles. They say the freaks come out at night But there are even some freaky people during the day. I experienced one of them at a stoplight all she decided to walk up and knock on my window, staring at me for a few minutes and then walk away. then he decided to go on to the next car in line and done another until the traffic started moving and so he jumped out of the road to make sure he didn't get hit by any of the fast-moving vehicles.

Made it to my interview about 30 minutes early, walk inside and introduce myself and then sat down waiting to see the person who was going to interview me. I had my interview and everything went really well and I was hired right then and there. there were very respectful and they were very concerned about where they were going to place me. Which location they were going to have you work at because they told me that they like to place their employees in an area that's very near to their home. Well, that was a wonderful change from all the other places that I have been applying for like the Temporary Agencies. I was really happy to hear that. They also pay a very decent wage to start which is also another happy surprise.

So everything went well, and I am just waiting for a phone call from them this afternoon or Monday morning for them to be able to give me my schedule of work. It was a very positive and uplifting day and I am very happy that I was able to make it into Los Angeles to meet with the people at this company.

On my way home while I was driving Many thoughts came into my head. Not thoughts about the place that I was just that and the job that I was just hired for but what about the people in Los Angeles that are living on the streets and have nowhere to go or not too many places that will really try to help them. Recently I have seen things on the news and on the internet about some of the political figures that work for the city of Los Angeles complaining about the amount of money that they're paid demanding a pay raise.

These political figures make a very decent wage right now And for them to demand more money when the streets of Los Angeles are filled with people who need help to me is completely ridiculous, selfish, and extremely greedy of them.

It is not the city of Los Angeles fault that these politicians have decided to live above their means. It is not the people's fault either. Pardon my French, but these greedy bastards who want more money don't seem to care anything about anybody except themselves. But I would expect nothing less from these Bottom Feeders anyway. It is the way of a politician. It is the lifestyle of a politician. And it is a self-righteous way of a politician. I respect them as human beings but I can have no respect for what they do to other people every single day.

They don't seem to care if people are dying and starving on the streets of Los Angeles right in front of them because they would rather have money to be able to go on that vacation to Honolulu Hawaii rather than help somebody to eat for a day or have a place to sleep at night. This is very sad but I believe it is the way of most politicians if not all of them. They are mere puppets in their world of corruption and they will do whatever it takes to have what they want.

Just my two cents. I really feel bad for all of those people that are out there on the streets of Los Angeles with no food and nowhere to stay. it really is a sad thing. That's why I always say we need to help each other more and take care of each other better.

Peace and Godspeed everybody. May all of your life adventures are happy and successful endings. Remember to love yourself because you deserve it because you are a miracle of life. And if you're going to prosper in anything, prosper in peace, happiness, and love first.

Thank you to all of my amazing family, my beautiful fiance Vanja, my wonderful two children David and Angeles, and all of my family in Norway, Thailand, Mexico, and here in the USA to all of your amazing love and support that you give to me every day. I love you all so much.

Congrats on your new job! I'm happy you're having a happy day! :)

Your lapel mic is super clear, by the way.

LA was ok for me, as I had friends there. But I know it drives people crazy, including everyone who works in every job, who secretly wish they were working in movies and tv. And man, downtown is such a mess. :(

And you are so right about the streets and "road rage people" on the LA freeways. I lived there three years, including one year near downtown, one year in Pasadena, and one year in Santa Monica, which was the best, but I have never driven more slowly than on those freeways. There is a special place in hell for the 405 lol.

I've been to La Puente too, where the parents of my friend live, and I stayed with them a couple of weeks, and I'd agree that central LA and La Puente are WAY different.

So, congratulations again on your wonderful new job. You have such a great attitude. Keep with the positive vibes. The world needs them. Infectious. :)
