Thanks for taking time to talk about the topic. I hope the delegation will not be restrited anyway. I even think that they should add even more to @dtube. I also was reding all the comments, but I have positive thoughts as well because maybe some worthy projects will get those delegations.

I was against HF21, but now I see how the 50/50 works with other tribes. I haven't questioned the new ratios of other tribes, it is what it is, but for Steem. I doubt that those who have a wide spread of followers will see a negative outcome. Not saying everyone will benefit. Just from my personal observations, what I now earn with the Scot's more than covers any potential differences. I have also noticed voting habits change and this to the positive side.
I totally agree about supporting good content and good curation. With my alt accounts, I am on the way to making sure that they follow curation trails. Those ran by the tribe's discord group curators. It is the most personal I can get with the maximum automation. There is no way I can read over such a wide spread of tribes. Ideally I wish curation trails could get more organized and draw in better content (supported by guaranteed votes).
Now each tribe is responsible for it's own development and management etc.

The 50/50 payouts were meant to help content discovery. I am concerned about the payouts to the content creators because I still believe they deserve more for their efforts. But as far as content discovery, which was the main hope of the change, I think it is going to hurt this area.
As far as the Tribes, I love it. I think that @aggroed and his team have brought so much value to the #steem #blockchain and I am excited about the movement...

I can't remember when the last time I upvoted on any trending post. But yeah, if 50-50 happens maybe I also gonna do that. And engaging really takes time. And for me who does not get much time for steem/busy on their offline life they will struggle to get anything in return.
I agree with you, it will reduce our change of content discovery/creating contents.
Absolutely My Friend @rem-steem... Such changes will change the way people react to certain post. Like ignoring the new with little chance of rewards and have them running to the biggest rewarding posts... New content discovery could become obsolete... I hope not though...
