Commitment and loyalty is something nobody really talks about and not many value it as great quality.
In any team or group of people there are 4 important Cs.
Character, Commitment, Chemestry and Competency.
However I always tell the people I lead that the first 2 are much more valuable than the latter 2.
Someone can have competency and can mingle well with other people but in time Character and Commitment will show the value of that person.
Keep on preaching these kindda messages @jeronimorubio. Loyalty is such a valuable attitude and characteristic to have. Keep on shining this value to the world! Bless ya!

We, as human beings, sometimes forget that every positive and good virtue is a valuable asset in our lives. We tend to overlook the ones we think or feel are not as valuable as others. But they all add value to our quality of life and the quality of life for others as well.
