The thing that just caught my attention the most from Episode 2 is that even if we stopped spraying glyphosate today, it would still be in our environment for the next 50-60 years.
It also brought a tear to my eye to hear that most of the glyphosate ends up in the Mississippi and the worst concentration of the pollution is at the end of the river between Baton Rouge and New Orleans... Louisiana is my second home. I always wanted to move back there some day. But with the sensitivities that we all have in my house I don't think that would be a great idea.
It took me years to figure out, but I'm pretty sure glyphosate makes my head and joints ache. At least "conventional" wheat does....but not organic wheat nor wheat in Canada. I can't think of anything else it could be but Round-up. It is honestly bad enough that I've considered moving to a different country.
