Hello friends, I hope you are well, when you see this image many tasty memories come to my mind, I love nougat and in December it was customary to receive a gift from a relative, many times I received more than one so I spent many days enjoying this sweet so tasty.

Like everything in Venezuela for a long time I do not see it, but the good news is that it can be prepared at home, so I share the recipe, one of the best known is the chocolate with puffed rice, the origin of the crunchy nougat of Chocolate and rice should be found in the Suchard nougat brand. Although at first you may think it is complicated, you do not need more than a few minutes to prepare it.

The recipe that I am going to share with you is very simple:

Ingredients:

• 250 grams of dark chocolate
• 150 ml condensed milk
• 80 grams of peeled walnuts

Preparation:

We chop the chocolate that we will mix with the condensed milk, we melt it in a bain-marie until we get a homogeneous mixture, we crush the nuts in tiny pieces and add them to the first mixture of chocolate and condensed milk. We remove everything energetically using a wooden spoon, take a little baking paper and put it on the base of the nougat mold, pour the mixture of chocolates and nuts, put it in the fridge for 3 or 4 hours so that it hardens well. After this time, we unmold it and enjoy it.
