There is a popular saying in Venezuela, Al Mal Tiempo, Buena Cara, so I dedicate myself to look for great recipes to share with you and forget for a while the bitter drink that we are going through. One of my delusions is chocolate but also bread, I thought it was incredible but I found this recipe for spectacular chocolate bread and today I share it with you.

Ingredients:

• 450 g of strength flour
• 14 g of fresh yeast
• 300 ml of warm water
• 25 g of nesquik or the chocolate drink of your choice
• 25 g of cocoa powder
• 25 g of brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon of oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 75 g of chocolate coverage

Preparation:

Put the flour, cocoa and nesquik in a bowl and mix everything, then add the oil and warm water with the dissolved yeast and sugar and mix again, add the salt and start mixing the dough with your hands, if It is necessary, pour some flour and oil so that your hands do not stick. When you have a uniform dough, add the chopped chocolate and shape the bread, do not forget to make a small notch with a knife on the top of the dough. With this little trick you will get your bread to have a professional finish.
