Double desserts to enjoy
Today I have two recipes, the two are delicious, you share two because they are very easy to make, and why sometimes it causes us some cookies but other times like a custard, that's why I share the two recipes and you decide which one you like best .
The first are some delicious butter cookies, easy to prepare, and your kitchen will have a wonderful smell.
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups of flour
- 100 grs. Margarine
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest or a little vanilla
Preparation:
Add the margarine, sugar, flour, yolks, salt, baking powder, and lemon zest on a clean flat surface, knead all the ingredients, roll out the dough with a rolling pin, using cutters or some Circular object pierce the dough to achieve the shape of cookies. Take the cookies to a tray, light the oven at 180º C and carry the tray inside for 12 or 15 minutes, your cookies will be ready for you to enjoy as a family.
The next recipe is a delicious vanilla custard recipe that is also very easy to prepare. It is perfect for the afternoons. I like to eat it at night.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 45 grams of corn starch
- 750 ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
In a saucepan place the sugar, egg yolks and corn starch; mix with a kitchen balloon, then add the milk and vanilla extract, and beat with the balloon to integrate, then, place the saucepan over low heat, and move constantly with the balloon or a wooden shovel, without letting boil and until it thickens, it will be in its point when when passing a finger on the back of the wooden shovel, there is a well defined line. We serve in individual dishes, and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
