After several days without basic services in Venezuela, here I am again, we did not have, electricity, water, internet, telephone lines, and the outlets did not work which made it difficult to buy food, we Venezuelans are warriors and that's why Faith and hope prevail in our hearts.

I have to catch up, and I must make my days happy, be optimistic, things happen so we have to go ahead with positivism, to sweeten my days and those of my friends with a simple recipe, while updating my things.

Orange and coconut cookies

Ingredients:

• 100 gr.
• Sugar 200 gr.
• Egg 1
• Grated and orange juice 1 u.
• Essence of vanilla 1 tsp.
• Flour 0000 240 gr.
• Grated coconut 100 gr.
• Baking powder 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

Beat the ointment butter with the sugar until you get a cream, add the egg, mix, then the vanilla essence, the zest and the juice of the orange. Add the sifted dried and coconut, wrap in plastic wrap and take at least two hours to the refrigerator, stretch the dough to 5 mm thick, use the cutter that you like and arrange in buttered plate, bring to preheated oven to 180 degrees from 10 to 12 minutes, 40 cookies approximately.
