Chocolate cake without flour (blender)
You do not have an electric mixer or you can not consume flour, these are not excuses to prepare a delicious chocolate cake, and also your preparation is in the blender.
The chocolate cake is a very popular recipe all over the world, I do not know someone who does not like chocolate cake, for this reason, it is one of the most traditional cakes and consumed at parties and social gatherings, its preparation is not very complicated, and the final result drives children and adults crazy
Ingredients:
- 1 green banana or pintón
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of cocoa
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Vanilla to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation:
Blend the eggs until they are sparkling, then add the raw banana, without the skin and the other ingredients and blend until the ingredients are unified. Grease the mold, pour the mixture almost to fill and bake in preheated oven at 200c for 30 to 35 min, let cool and unmold.
