Hello SteemFoods friends..I am glad to be here once again sharing my recipe for today.
Today is the first day of December. Christmas Day is fast approaching. I hope that all are in good health always.

My cooking life begins early in the morning...
I woke up early today but my husband woke up much earlier than me. He went to the sea for swimming in just a few hours. When he got home, he brought a fish which he bought from where he is swimming, a really fresh fish from the sea.
So I decided to cook it with vinegar or Paksiw

This is how I cooked it.

The ingredients:

• ampalaya is optional also, you can also add eggplant or okra if you want.
• then, never forget the vinegar

The procedure for cooking:

• wash the fish properly by removing it's intestine and the scales.
• chopped the garlic, ginger and onions
• chopped also the ampalaya after removing it's seeds.
• arrange the fish in a pot
• add the ingredients ( ginger, green chili, garlic and ampalaya)
• add vinegar
• then, season it with salt and ajinomoto seasoning
• then, put the pot in fire under medium heat

FRIED DRIED FISH WITH TOMATOES

For lunch, I cooked fried dried fish with tomatoes. One of my favorite.
The ingredients:

Steps for cooking
• First, I fried the dried fish until golden brown then remove it from the pan and set aside
• sliced the onions and tomatoes
• in a hot pan, saute the onions and tomatoes
• then add the fried dried fish
• ready to serve

DINNER

For Dinner, I planned to cook a soup perfect for a cold evening.. I decided to cook vegetables soup with fried fish.

VEGETABLE SOUP WITH FISH

Here are the ingredients:

The procedure for cooking is very simple..

• boil a water in a pot
• first add the Gabi and the squash cook it until it becomes soft and tender
• then add the okra
• add the fried fish (a leftover fried fish)
• next, add the moringa leaves, the malabar spinach and the sweet potato leaves
• season it with salt and magic sarap seasoning
• Serve with love
