A Session With The Transformative Coach From Steem Skillshare | Learn With Steem

How are you doin'? Well, I hope you're all well.
The other night, I had a session with @rachelshieff, the transformative coach from the Steem Skillshare community. Even before, I was already a fan of life coaches. I followed them on social media and gave time to their helpful posts. I even collected self-help books to read.
After a few days being with Steem Skillshare, there's @rachelshieff who got me with her blogs. I had read most of her posts, and I would say, these are all leading to building ourselves from all aspects. So much light and love I have seen from her through these posts, so, I booked a session with her, and finally, we had pulled it off the other night.
How Do You Set Goals That Stick?
We had agreed to start the session at 8:00 in the evening for both ends. Rachel is in Hongkong so we both have the same time zones. However, due to the unexpected internet connection problem at that moment, we were able to have it at around 8:30 pm already.
The session went really well. It was like I was just having a casual talk with a very positive being. Rachel gave me ways on how to deal with the issues I shared in the session. The talk was really helpful, and yes I know, the talks like this will always come out helpful. It's always worth the time. It's healthy.
If there's one great thing the session would like to highlight, it is the fact that We are the captain of our own ship, and not anyone else. It's really up to us to where are we gonna take our own wheel of life. Bored? Do somethin' new. Tired? Take a rest. We got options, and it's now up to us which are we gonna choose.

Reframing challenges and current situations and seeing how to overcome them rather than focusing on the cause, will always benefit you and lead you to a quicker and more effective outcome.
