Using your time wisely and getting more done.
If you are anything like me you want to be able make the most of your time and be more productive but if you are really anything like me you may find it a struggle and a bit frustrating.
We all have the same number of hours in the day so why it is that other’s seem to get more done?
In my case I thinks it is a lack of focus and trying to multi task, becoming so overwhelmed with the tasks that I have to do that I end up doing nothing or very little .

So what are the solutions? Lately I have been trying to manage my tasks more effectively I find that having a good brain dump frees up my mind and enables me to focus on the task at hand. Having a white board and or a note book to keep track of your tasks will help you to focus and eventually become more productive.
I have started to use a method called Personal Kanban – see the video for a detailed explanation of it, the method helps you to limit the amount of task that you are doing at one time which in turn leads to you becoming more productive and the more productive you become the more you will achieve.
