Dance: my solution to fighting depression
Dance is a part of me... Although I am no longer as good as I was bur this is what keeps me sane!
Taking your mind of the issues of life and letting your body flow with the rhythm of the song you hear.
This is a video of me trying to bring back the dancer in me. It was recorded on a friends phone so dont mind the video quality.
I've been having problem trying to use dtube thus i have to fall back to youtube for now.
