Withstanding The Storm

This tree stands alone down by the shore. Today was a very windy day and the tide was rough. It's amazing how this tree withstands the weather day in and day out. During major storms the tide can be directly striking the tree, yet it still remains rooted, standing strong and alive. You can see there has been some lost branches over the years, but it doesn't stop this tree from blooming. Perhaps the tree can teach us a thing or two about resilience through life.

    I love this tree and it does teach us about resilience they way to has withstood so many storms over time
