My First Post Using the eSTEEM Surfer Desktop Client

Good Afternoon! Today I was reading one of @surfermarly's posts and I saw she was using the eSTEEM Surfer Desktop Client to post to the STEEM Blockchain. I knew @good-karma made an awesome eSTEEM Mobile App, but I was unaware of a desktop version. There are so many cool projects going on here it's almost impossible to keep up with them all.

I shuffled over to https://esteem.app/ (@esteemapp) and downloaded the desktop client. It is a beautiful, clean user interface with loads of great features. Below is a look at my profile page. A box at the top of the page shows some of my top posts of all time. At the bottom left-hand corner my voting power percentage is shown, sort of like a battery, and it indicates how long I must wait until my votes are back at 100% strength. The side bar features stats like how many votes I cast in the last 24 hours, my follow/following count and overall post count.

Overall this app is clean, quick and handy. It has just about everything you need all packed up into a client side application. Now you can utilize the STEEM blockchain without having to open up a browser window. I highly recommend you give it a try!

This is awesome! I have a really hard time typing very fast on my phone. Not like I can on a keyboard anyway. Being able to post with esteem from my desktop is going to be a game-changer for me. Thanks for sharing this!

Great to see you've discovered the service through one of my blog posts!! :-)

Quick and handy that really describes it well. The usability is really outstanding, I've become much more efficient in creating blog posts since I use the client actually.

For a second, when I first saw that you were using an 'eSTEEM Surfer Desktop Client' I thought it was some cool, surfers-only user interface created just for you and other surfers hahahaha

then I realized I was probably way too stoned...

Hahahaha, you know what: that was exactly what I thought! :-)

I was about to thank @good-karma for such a cool move - until I really checked out the client and realized that it was even better than a surfers-only-product :-)

Excellent. Will check it out, although it has that "icky" Facebook feel to it ;-> Also, I just found this excellent new token platform which pays you crypto to watch YouTube videos on the platform : https://watch.getalx.com/login?referralCode=FFQFT7 You get 1000 tokens for joining under my referral. I just watch "The Creep Line" (short video about the Facebook, Google, etc monopoly) and at the end of watching you get the "Cha Ching!" sound and the points are added in real time HIGH RECOMMENDED as another tool in our arsenal (like Presearch, etc.) Feel free to mobilize your referral network on this one.
