Cheesecake
I am like a lot of people, who love cheesecake in ALL of it's varieties (with fruit, chocolate, caramel, etc). However, sometimes keeping things simple is just the ticket. It is good to reset and appreciate some basic tastes from time to time. It can be easy to get caught up in trying to blend various flavours and just making things too complicated. Below is a pic of a nice simple cheesecake.
Perhaps with some ice cream on the side, vanilla of course, don't want to get too complicated with this one. Yum, yum, yum.
Can't go wrong with the old cheesecake, It's my favourite cake.
Don't know if it is my favourite, I do like chocolate cake, cheesecake is certainly a very close second.
