Focus? To See Good Things...

Welcome Steemit friends. This poem examines some paths to gain awareness of what is around one wherever one is and whatever one is doing. It is like the song in the heart, the song inside. There is something in each one of us and this is liberty.

There are so many good and wonderful things
There are the transcendental experiences
We must make ourselves aware have a care
To hear the songs of the birds in harmony sings
When we play the sports and I played football
We start out without awareness of senses
Or if we sense anything it is the opponent
But after time, if we survive long the call
We might grow like the antenna our hair
We then feel more that is all around
We see the more inside our tenant
We begin to sense that which the rest do
We begin to feel that which is also alive
Whether we work or play life astounds
And we hear all kinds of sounds
None is a master at martial arts if unaware
With it the senses heighten feel the shares
Life is a melee of many a threat
Where we tread unknowing while we sweat
When we toil, concentrate, do and strive
Do we focus to see good things Earth's beehive
With age this all comes stop to smell flowers
Within yourself plant ever observant powers
Nurture and sense the innocent bestowing
Become one with all living and growing
The window of the soul are much and many
The bugs and the lizards all animal life
Find your center and look deep inside
Look with your senses feel with the spirit
Because whether or not one knows it
This is life and is as the clouds come and go
Sometimes they float on the wind
Rise to and fro and breezes skies blow
Always look up and look all around
Watch all the life that lives in the ground
As it toils all freely hear moving sounds
Watch the most simple scuttling unaware
Flying through the sky in glorious fare
You to used to be one of them not seeing
But if you sense them with your being
If you see how they live the way we should be
Then it becomes obvious all born free
Once there is life surging through like light
You now know what is good know what is right
A police state is, a deep state is, peasants are
The voice of those with no focus to see good things
Give thanks for the life against darkness prey
