Do you drink coconut water?
I remember when everybody was drinking coconut water.
It tasted good.
It was cheap.
It had amazing health benefits.
Everybody was talking about it.
Then a whole bunch of different coconut water companies started coming out and charging an arm and a leg for it.
At least one company was charging $5 for a little cardboard box of coconut water.
So how much does a coconut cost?
Shortly after that certain people and articles in magazines started saying that coconut water was actually not as hydrating as regular water.
So now we have coconut water costing much more than it used to cost and seemingly providing fewer benefits than we had previously believed.
Sure it's loaded with potassium but it's $5 for that little bottle and a banana is $0.25.
Today I was looking around at the grocery store at all the different coconut waters that they still had..... but I know that none of my friends drink coconut water anymore and I was wondering who does.

I do, I live in the UK and you can get a can of coconut water from Tesco for 69p this is the cheapest I have found:
We still have the expensive stuff as well, you just have to search around for the best deal.
Thanks for the post - I found after a while that some of them put sugar in. I look for water in glass bottles or cans, because plastic has an ingredient that goes into the water and lowers testosterone levels in men or increases estrogen - I think the latter.
I noticed that too. I just mostly don't buy it now and buy regular water.
Yeah me too. Out of glass or cans.
The water I drink is from our well for free lol. Ice Mountain is bottles theirs in our county so why not lol.
