Black Friday is a boring day to work.

Sometimes when you have a holiday you get really busy.

Other times it's completely dead.

There are times when you think it's going to be busy and it's not.

There are also times when you think it's going to be dead but it turns out being really busy.

Today was one of those dead days.

We spent at least two hours in the morning without any guests at all.

I think by the end of my afternoon shift we had something like five guests.

Usually the manager will cut people if it starts to get slow but it's hard to tell on a holiday.

You don't want to cut everybody only to have it become busy.

Well I can tell you today was really boring.
