Arguing with the boss is a terrible decision.
I think each of us has that one friend that always tries to take it a little bit farther with the boss than they should.
Working in the restaurant industry, I can tell you that there is probably not another job in which arguing with the boss is so commonplace.
Most of the servers constantly display their opinion without regard for any kinds of repercussions.

Of course anytime anyone crosses the line they always end up talking about how terrible the boss is but then wanting to get their job back few days later.
Sometimes they even come back crying because they can't get their job back after all.
These people really need their job and yet they're constantly willing to get in a big fight for no reason whatsoever. Your boss is literally there to tell you what to do. He's the person that pays you.
The reason that he's the boss is because he earned that position. There is no reason at all not to do what the boss says, especially when you're on the clock and you are expecting to get that paycheck from him.
I can't count the number of people that have lost her job over this.
There's simply no reason to argue with your boss.

i don't quite agree with this. there are many ways for someone to earn that boss position and isn't actually representative of his ability. In my understanding in jobs like this everyone needs to focus in their jobs cause customer needs to be served and don't need to care about anything that's going on the inside.
After that if someone has issue with the boss, the way they worked, a proposition to make they should talk to each other using arguments and state their opinions. If he is right he is right if he is wrong he is wrong. Now if we add yelling in that either in front of customer or not then that's completely wrong.
