I want to share this aerial shot of the city where I live, Barquisimeto.

It is located in the center-west of the country, 500km south-west of the city of Caracas. Barquisimeto is the capital of the Lara State, and we are recognized as the musical city of the country.

Not only does our culture make us recognized, but also because of the sunsets that we can appreciate, also the landscapes and the people, make us a city full of charm.

We have our own expression of astonishment. When something surprises us, we say "NA 'Guará" which makes us worthy of being called Guaros.
