🎨Realistic Painting in Watercolor 🎨
Hey! How about everything Steemit? this time I bring you a tutorial of a work that I had the opportunity to do in a very peculiar and somewhat different pictorial style.
For the same I decided to leave a bit of the illustrative part and immerse myself in my mind to let the brush run through the blank canvas, to achieve a spontaneous and organic work through colors perceived as "calm" (blue), contrasted with others perceived as "passion" (red). Likewise, I managed to create an approach in these two colors so different and complementary among themselves, transmitting a part of myself in the work.

The materials used were:
- Violet pencil
- Watercolors
- Brushes
- Canvas or wood
- Water
First, the sketch was made with a violet pencil, because the graphite before a surface like canvas or wood tends to soil. Next use blue and gray watercolor with enough water to create a thin layer of paint. Then mix red and white watercolor scattered in different areas spontaneously.

Then mix a light color, red and white, and apply different layers to achieve greater intensity little by little and create a blur effect not so precise but managing to perceive the lights and shadows. Then apply the darker tone, mixing blue with a little gray and black, following the same technique of diffusing through layers apply the color.

Then with the most intense colors I began to apply them. There is enough water all over the canvas intensifying the colors more and more, then apply a first layer on the hair and eyebrows. Focus on details such as lips, eyes and eyelids.

Finally with details of red, orange, sky blue and naval blue, apply in different areas achieving a visual impact. Then increase the intensity in the hair and eyebrows, eyes, lips and nose.
