Some tips? Uhm... I am not an expert but what I have been doing so far is I have been following quite a lot of people. I have been also finding some time to check each and everyone's profile especially when something interesting pops on my feed. I am also commenting, upvoting, and resteeming articles I find interesting! Lastly, I am also creating contents that might interest some people.
