A Journey Thru The Berkshires

The Berkshires oh where to begin... let's start off by location. The Berkshires are in Massachusetts and to be more specific the region of Great Barrington.
It's a very country place with mountains, lakes, ponds, streams, and vast woodlands.

Well get ready the journey begins.

This was one of the first views of the landscape I got after emerging from the small town. I can still remember the smell of pure earth and the calming sound of the stream. I instantly fell in love.

Over the river and thru the woods to a magical place we go.

Looked like a perfect place to catch a fish...so after many casts and bait switches I caught this little guy.

He was exhausted after all our journeys

O and did I mention the art show?
There were some amazing artists there. Like the photographer with the psychedelic tree piece behind us in the pic above.

This was a view from where the art show was held.
It was at a old ski lodge.

And then it was over as quick as it began.

The sunset thru the woods was amazing.
There was so many great places, people, and food.
The experiences were amazing and I can't wait to go back.
If you get the change definitely tour the area it's real America.
