Watercolour Art #26: Cherry Blossom Branch

Good day steemians! I paint another art by using watercolour, I made Sakura branch.

I really want to see a Sakura tree or a cherry blossom, where that kind of trees only found in the Japan *my dream country I want to visit. I want to see lot of anime’s! * hahaha. So I decided to make an art about it, and here it is! I hope you will like it :)

I put some details to make this.

Just grab this materials:

• Paper
• Pencil
• Brush
• Watercolours

Let’s start!

Sketch the branch.

Trace the sketch using a black watercolour. At the edge part of the branch, make sure your hands should be smooth. When you paint that edge part, just use the tippest part of your brush.

Paint the petals of the cherry blossoms. You can put the flowers at the end part of the branches. Make sure that your watercolour is very wet, so that the outcome is a very light colour.

After applying the lighter colour, start to apply the darker colour at the lower center of every petals.

I added some paint for the background.

And you are done!
