Very beautiful. You should not fear showing your face, but I understand how difficult it can be if you have a sensitive job.
Consider setting up a small studio or booking a safe outdoor location. Play with light and shadow, use the shadow or poses "looking away" to obscure your face and somewhat protect anonymity. Use a model name instead of your real one.
She has a beautiful figure, but this type of picture conveys more of an amateur "porn" image than the beauty it deserves.
