Upvoting and Making Steem
Ok i am new here and still learning about all of this. So upvoting is basically like tipping someone for there blog. ( or so i think) I just don't understand how fellow Steemians upvotes are worth so much. When i upvote it isn't even worth 1 cent lol. Others are worth so much more then that. Also the most i have gotten for a post is 15 cents so far. How does one get more then 15 cents? ( I am trying to make a dollar out of 15 cents) LOL sorry got the song stuck in my head. Any comments or help is appreciated as we are all one.

please someone explain to me how to adjust my voting power when i am using a laptop. it is driving me nuts and can't find info anywhere.
