Steemia - Steemconnect V2 added and few changes in the code

In this contribution to Steemia app (old iSteem), I have done the following:

• Make an in-app login flow by using oauth and Steemconnect V2. So, you can easily login without leaving the app and without writing your keys thanks to SteemConnect.
• Redesign the design of the app by incorporating responsive grids to support muti-size devices such as tablets.
• Write functions for the actions that you can do in Steemit (for instance, vote, comment, etc).
• Make new interfaces for the payload of each of the actions above.
• Write an event listener inside the post renderer component to open the details page of the clicked item. The details page receive a payload with the permlink and the author of the selected post and the details page query the data of the corresponding post.
• Save auth token in localstorage so you don't need to login each time you open the application (TODO: Encrypt the token for security purposes)
