THE FRIDAY FEELING
I can honestly say that it has been YEARS
since I have NOT experienced
that "Friday" or "Monday" feeling...
You know, the excitement you feel on a Friday morning
as you approach the the two days of reprieve ahead of you...
and the reluctance that sets in as the weekend comes to an end
and Monday rolls around...
To illustrate my point...
THE BEGINNING SCENARIO

and then...
THE ENDING SCENARIO
......
It is quite a wonderful feeling,
to be able to sit here and say that I can now wake up
feeling excited about
EVERY SINGLE DAY OF THE WEEK!
Even Mondays.... lol!
It is simply AMAZING what a difference the removal of stress
from your life can make!
Don't get me wrong,
I still look forward to the weekends irrespective,
because well.... there is no school -
and I don't have to pack lunches... hahaha!
But, there is no more "loathing" in my life anymore!
YAY!!!
I feel like I have exited a nightmare
and entered a dream!!!!
Having a consistent passion for every day of my life,
is DEFINITELY something I am going to get used to
VERY QUICKLY!
But this does NOT mean that I cannot share in the excitement
of that "Friday Feeling"...
So... on that note...
HAPPY FRIDAY STEEMIT!

It is the best way to live life because life is meant to be fun, anyway. After you concluded with Oprah's words that 'The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams' I don't think anyone can disagree that your post from the 'Southern African Sun' is a winner!

I know exactly what you mean. Also got rid of the stress recently and now everyday rocks. Enjoy and take it all in. Fortunately I don't have to worry about packed lunches, literally throw a fruit in their bags on their way out haha.
I am loving taking it all in @jusipassetti, thank you! And yeah... consider yourself lucky re. the lunch packing hahahaha! My child however eats me out of house and home! He literally has a bottomless pit for a stomach and I think he would disown me as his mother if I only gave him a piece of fruit. lol!!! and he is JUST like me.... VERY grumpy when hungry hahahaha!

Happy Friday Janie! Glad you're getting to enjoy every day despite where it falls in the week. Having been in that position for a number of years I find I sometimes envy those who still have that Friday feeling. Makes the weekend that little bit more special.
Although, thinking about it, they're always a little more special because my partner works M-F and he's home at weekends. 😍

Every Saturday morning I train kids in football. That Friday feeling you're talking about - every day for me but no fridays, hehe.
Well, you obviously love what you do with the kids, so I suppose it is a GOOD Friday feeling... just a little bit of a different one :)

Your enthusiasm is infectious. I start every day with the Holy Spirit, and all stress is made manageable by that. It is not as if we do not have things to worry about it. It is just that I enjoy every day fully. I subscribe to the "awareness" philosophy. Whatever I do, I LIVE the moment.
