Croissant Melt... which is scrambled egg, rocket, gypsy ham and emmental cheese. it is divine!! I am in love!

Ok then.
Breakfast is appropriate ANY time of the day! When my kids were little, and still at home, we would have breakfast for dinner and we called it... Living on the edge! Not exactly sure how the name came about, I can just remember my youngest daughter, who was very witty, sarcastic and had a dry sense of humor, saying it... and it stuck.
hahahaha!!! Classic @goldendawne and yes, I agree! We often used to have bacon and eggs for dinner hehehe :)
