The Goal Is To Win, Not To look Like You're Winning
When athletes starts a race, the goal is to come first at the finish line. You want to be the best at everything you do. In your career you want to outsmart the best, you want to be at the top. But what are you willing to do before you get there?
Assumption will never put you there. Dreaming about it without taking action will still not get you there.
When you sit for an examination, the kind of grades you should expect depends on how well you've prepared before the examination.
Preparation is the key
You must prepare yourself each day because when that opportunity comes knocking, you need to excuse. Opportunity come but once. It comes when you don't expect it. It comes when your guard is down. You should be ready each day of your life. Go out waiting for that opportunity. Grab it, take it and make it yours.
Every house must have a foundation. Same thing applies to you, your career and your business. But when the foundation of a house is weak, what happens to it? Everything comes tumbling down.
You need to set up your foundation in life. Know where you're going to. Avoid the things that will affect your foundation.
Don't stop until you get to the top. Outsmart your competitors. Put in more work and time to that project. You must finish the race you started yourself. You must make a change in your career and you must accomplish that goal.
Turn every failure of yours to success
Nobody wants to associate with failure. For you to be successful you must fall 10-20 times. But what you do to get back on your feet depends on your zeal for success.
When you fall, you must rise again. You must get up. That's the spirit of someone who wants to be a success. You must work your butt out each day. The true failure in life is not try or do anything at all.
You can't get anything if you do nothing Miracles don't work like that.

Now that you are ready to make that change in your career, in your life and in your business.
You must remember that only you can decide your faith, only you can set the goals right and only you can bring yourself to the top. You have to show them that you're destined for greater things. That you're the Captain of your Ship and the master of your faith. You need to constantly remind yourself that the road to success is narrow and you must stay on the right path to accomplish it.
