I am very willing to participate in playing photographer weekly contest. You can use @steemit as a great opportunity for us to hone our photography skills. We can use any photos related to animals, vehicles, people, land and natural environment. I decided to participate because of a photo I took last night. I used to take some photos for no reason but now I realize that there is value in it

These photos were taken last night because it is so beautiful, these flowers are known as queens of the night (princess of the night)and the reason is that these flowers bloom at midnight, this flower starts to bloom at 19.00 pm and the full flower is seen after 22:00 pm. This queens of the night flower has a sweet fragrance and is a very beautiful sight.Scientific name: Epiphyllum oxypetalum
I believe flower is beautiful when it is in the tree.

I took these photos in Ampara area. When I left, there were three puppies and their mother. When I went and checked, the puppies looked weak because of the rain, but they were fine after the rain. But one puppy was not active. During that time I prepared the place so that the puppys could be fed and kept safe. It was very sad that the weak puppywas killed by another animal on the last day night before my return in a few days. These are the photos taken before the puppy died.My friend and I dug a hole in the ground and cremated the dead puppy. I am still sad about not being able to save the puppy.

The story of this picture is also a photograph of a type of mushroom that I took in Ampara area. This mushroom had emerged from the earth with the rain. No other mushroom of this type was found in that area. The reason I took this photo was because I had never seen mushrooms like this, and it was strangely beautiful. A type of soup that is not eaten in Sri Lanka, this species is used in other countries. Its biological name is "Calvatia Booniana"
