Beef cut into thin strips marinated in soy sauce garlic and ginger

Dressing
1 Garlic clove 1 chilli 20g Palm sugar 2 limes 1 corriander root

Method beat roots chilli and garlic in morter and pesil add palm sugar and lime juice ☺
