MEDITATION AND IT'S POPULARITY

Meditation is scientifically proven to help reduce stress, help increase levels of energy within the body, perfect sleep, increase levels of creativity and prolong life through keeping you healthy.

This is a practice unknown to many and noone particularly gives any real thought to partaking in it except a fair few, however know that many celebrities actually take time out of their busy schedules to meditate in their spare time, and most of their success stems from those 20-30 minutes that they sacrifice daily.

Meditations is not a Bubble practice which is just coming and already going, knowing your favourite celebs and local neighbours are all practicing does not mean that you can't, the trend is not over and it never will be. Some of the most famous names have been practicing for well over 40 consequitive years and will continue to do so, Howard Stern, Jerry Seinfeld and David Lynch to name a few starting well back in the 70's.

Jerry later quoted "I want to talk to you all about Transcendental Meditation which I have been practicing for 41 years I still remember the first time because it felt so good."

This is a practice used by literally everyone and is used worldwide, it's also plays a massive role in most religious beliefs and is one of the core fundamental practices for Christians, Buddhists, Muslims and Hindus. Meditation can be used for anything whether it's to reduce stress, help with overloaded workload, improve academic performance, or to look and feel better. It is the one valuable asset which everyone can use regardless of their many differences.
